Matters of life and death: how making sure you are in a good place to die will help you get on with living
An online panel event, co-hosted by Royal Trinity Hospice and London funeral directors, Poppy's.
When it comes to planning for end-of-life care or for a funeral, many of us don’t know where to start. We’re not sure what support is available, what legal issues we’ll face or even what practical decisions we’ll need to make. Above all, we want to do the right thing for the people close to us. But it can feel difficult to talk about, or even overwhelming.
The good news is that support and information are out there. This Dying Matters Week, Poppy’s and Royal Trinity Hospice will be sharing practical tips from our experience in helping people prepare for the end of life, so that you can have the power and confidence to start conversations with your loved ones about what matters to you, and them.
All are welcome. Join the conversation online on Thursday 5 May at 7pm. Submit your questions in advance, ask them on the day or simply listen. Online resources are available after the event as well. Book your free place here.
