We will come together in circle to honour our loss through mindfulness and self compassion practices.
Grief can feel like a lonely journey, and one that we often don't get to carve out specific time to explore. Grief brings with it so many different thoughts and feelings, and during this circle we will have time to mindfully explore these and to meet ourselves exactly where we are with love and compassion.
When we do this in circle, it supports us further as we connect with others who are also going through their own experiences of grief - creating a web of support and a safe space for you to share your experience if this feels comfortable for you (shares are optional).
