Like any other major life event, it’s vital we plan for life, illness and death.
From care options, support for carers and making a Will – you will find it all at 'Dying Matters - A conversation with Havens Hospices and friends.' It's a free event for our community as part of the national Dying Matters campaign.
There will be representatives from the Care, Wellbeing and Therapy Teams at Havens Hospices, including adult and children's services. Local healthcare providers, funeral planners, legal advice, carer support charities and many more will also be in attendance.
We're offering hand massages and creative therapy, designed to open up difficult conversations. We may be able to offer tours around our In Patient Unit.
Cake and refreshments will be also available at a small charge. Parking is free and plentiful.
