Laura qualified as a Nurse in 2009 from Buckinghamshire New University and gained oncology experience at Imperial College NHST.
She completed her BSc in Cancer care at The Royal Marsden in 2012 and then joined the Specialist Palliative Care Team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Imperial NHST in 2012.
She then left London and joined Phyllis Tuckwell in 2015 where she has been working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Clinical Educator in the Community.
She is an Independent Prescriber since 2018 and is currently completing an MSc in Advance Clinical Practice at Surrey University. Her interests are strengthening links between primary and specialist palliative care services, palliative care education and Clinical Nurse Specialist development.
