Jamie Hill explores the history of forms in all of their glory, from the Victorian era of writing both forms and their results in triplicate, to the modern digital age, where information can be passed through an API to a database which handles event bookings, donations, and e-newsletter subscriptions.

He looks at whether forms can survive in the 21st century and how they might adapt to incorporate blockhain processes.
